At Beach Camera, we want you to be completely satisfied with your electronics purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return most items in their original condition within 45 days for a full refund or exchange.
Request an RMA Number
Log into your account or contact our customer service team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which is required for processing.
Pack Your Equipment
Place the item in its original manufacturer packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and warranty cards to ensure a valid return.
Label and Ship
Securely box the packaged item, clearly write your RMA number on the outer shipping carton, and ship it back to our returns department using a trackable carrier.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned gear to verify its condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
